This Finca is situated in S’Espinagar, 2 km from the nearest
beach. It has 25 ha. of land and is surrounded by almond and
carob trees well as many other kinds of fruit trees to supply
the Fincas with fresh fruits. In the plot the are 3 farm houses,
separate from each other and restored in the typical Majorquin style, 
each one of them ideal for a quiet, independent and peaceful holiday.

All houses have an outdoor swimming-pool, large terraces, gardens
and everything you may wish for an unforgettable holiday. Nature,
tranquillity and warm and personal attention from the host and his
family will make your holiday a very special one.

It has a capacity for 6 people in 3 rooms.

There are 3 double rooms, 2 complete bathrooms,living-dining room
with a fire place and a piano. Ffully equipped kitchen. Terrace with
splendid views over the surrounding countryside.

The house has central.heating for greater comfort in the winter.

Outside there is a large terrace with a barbecue and a swimming-pool
surrounded by an attractive garden.

Offering different kinds of activities. Apart from golf, riding, tennis and
tracking (all very near), you can also rent a “llaüt” (typical 9 metres
Majorquin fishing boat) or a sailing boat of 7 metres.

In the surrounding area there are many interesting places well worth a
visit.
