FINCA WITH PANORAMIC VIEW AND NEAR TO THE SEA

This Finca is situated in S’Espinagar, 2 km from the nearest beach.
It has 25 ha. of land and is surrounded by almond and many other
kinds of fruit trees.

On the plot the are 3 farm houses, separate from each other and
restored in the typical Majorquin style, each one of them ideal for
a quiet, independent and peaceful holiday.

All houses have a pooll, large terrace and garden. Personal attention
from the host and his family will make your holiday a very special one.

It has a conference room for seminars, congresses, etc.

The house “TWO” comprises:

2 double rooms for four people with complete bathroom and an extra
toilet, a large living-dining room with a fire place, SAT-TV and a piano.
There is also central heating and a fully equipped kitchen.

Terrace, BBQ and swimming-pool, parking.

Many activities including golf, riding, tennis and tracking (all very near),
you can also rent a “llaüt” (typical 9 metres Majorquin fishing boat) or
a sailing boat of 7 metres. In the surrounding area there are many
interesting places well worth a visit:
