This Finca is situated in S’Espinagar, 2 km from the nearest beach.
It has 25 ha. of land and is surrounded by almond and many other
kinds of fruit trees.

On the plot there are 3 farm houses, separate from each other and
restored in the typical Majorquin style, each one of them ideal for a
quiet, independent and peaceful holiday.

All houses have an outdoor swimming-pool, large terraces, gardens
and everything required for an unforgettable holiday.Personal
attention from the host and his family will make your holiday a very
special one.

It has a conference room for seminars, congresses, etc.

The house “ONE” comprises:

On the ground floor there are 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and a lavatory,
a large living-dining room with SAT-TV, a fire place and a piano.
and also a fully equipped kitchen including a dish washer.

On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace
with splendid views over the surrounding countryside. Adjacent there is
a small living room with a billiard table.

Central.heating, large terrace, BBQ, swimming-pool surrounded by an
attractive garden.


Many activities including golf, riding, tennis and tracking (all very near),
you can also rent a “llaüt” (typical 9 metres Majorquin fishing boat) or a
sailing boat of 7 metres. In the surrounding area there are many interesting
places well worth a visit:
