It is 20 min. from the golf course, 15 min. from the beach and 40 min. from Palma. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are very close.

The house is situated on hilly land surrounded by a mediterranean garden with
many different sorts of flowers, palms and fruit trees. The view  to the hills is breathtaking. The pool is a great place to relax.

The living area of about 200 m2 on a land of approx. 7.500 sqm

First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds), 2 bathrooms with bath-tubs,
living area and a terrace.

Pool (approx. 10 x 5 ) with shower and barbeque.

The bed clothes are changed once a week and the towels twice a week.

Max. 7 persons and 1 Baby - Entrance every saturday.
